Over the past couple years there was been an surge in new construction of multi-tenant apartment buildings. This is in response to tight housing supply across the country. These are being built in downtowns and suburbs. An important aspect to consider is the best set up for dealing with tenant waste.

In over 50 years in business, we've worked with all types of distribution centers. Some just require a vertical baler, while others require custom solutions. One size does not fit all. Based on our vast experience, we can offer solutions for all sizes of distribution centers. Today we'll focus on smaller centers.

Small distribution centers

Sometimes all that is needed is a solid vertical baler or compactor. Space is often a factor. A compactor outside solves that problem! In terms of compactors we have low profile models designed to minimize the over footprint. These also are well suited for smaller centers ... but still get the job done! We have both stationary compactors and self-contained.

We have a wide range of vertical balers. For example our model 324HD is designed for use in areas with tight space requirements. And one of our newer models - the 420HD provides a heavier bale while fitting in a smaller space.

We also offer custom solutions for tight spaces. We can do a site survey and develop a solution that is best suited for your needs - and for maximum efficiency.

Our cart dumpers are also a popular addition when providing waste solutions for smaller distribution centers. It speeds up transferring waste and reduces potential for back strain or injuries of that nature.
