Sometimes installing a Vertical Baler or a compactor is easy and obvious. For example, when it is behind a big box store or grocery store. However not every location is the same. At PTR Baler & Compactor, we are experts at right-sizing and coming up with efficient and effective custom solutions.

Often downtown city locations can be challenging due to lack of space. In Easton, PA a parking garage was recently built in the downtown. It was constructed right behind the Easton Public Market, which houses over 14 food vendors. There are also many restaurants located in the vicinity.

They were all using dumpsters located on a side street. It was unsightly and often was overflowing with garbage. We worked directly with the development company who built the garage to enable them to house a compactor within the parking garage. Its on the first level and included a ramp to push carts up to. It also has space for the compactor to be removed when its reaches maximum capacity.

This compactor is used by the Easton Public Market and some of the surrounding restaurants. With the superior safety features, any employee can operate it. It also makes for a much nicer looking downtown, as the area has a lot of foot traffic from visitors.
