We recently celebrated work anniversaries for some of our team members. In the group pictured, we have employees who have worked here from 3 years to 30 years! That says a lot about our culture and mission. Our team consists of all types of people - from welders and engineers to IT professionals and sales people.
Working at PTR is much more than just a job. Every team member is part of something bigger. Our team is proud to lead the way in American manufacturing. Their expertise, care and pride in their work shows on every baler and compactor we make. Everyone one of them proudly displays a decal of the American flag – symbolizing the high quality our partners expect.
Every team member plays a vital role. When you think of all the companies we support, from Fortune 500 companies to small recycling centers, we keep things moving. And we're thoughtful about it. We understand how important it is for waste to be dealt with properly and recycling to be in full effect when possible. Our team is focused on our "Green Mission" ... helping business reduce waste and recycle. We're proud of the fact that our combined efforts make a massive difference for the environment. When you consider all the companies we partner with on their recycling efforts, and the recycling programs we helped our partners start - its a big deal!
