Spotlight on TP-4000PC The Pre-Crusher

Sometimes you need some extra heft. The TP-4000PC Pre-Crusher was designed to destroy product prior to compacting. This machine has a heavy duty guillotine door that is used by the ram as a wall to compact against before cycling again into the container. This ensures your problematic heavy duty waste is then easily compacted.

This is designed to compact:

• Steel drums

• Barrels

• Skids

• Heavy duty products

As with all PTR products, this was built with long lasting performance and durability in mind. We used heavy duty structural steel to ensure this. And as always it is welded by AWS certified technicians.

Yes, they help improve efficiencies at recycling centers by sorting trash - a typically messy and tedious job. The robots have no complaints! Artificial intellegence can also be integrated into the process to increase operational efficiency and quality control. Robots can sift through approximate 45 items per minute, including over 30 different materials. They determine the items that are recyclable and learn as they go. Over the course of one year, one robot can prevent more than 10 million items from going to the garbage dump. It can also measure and report what items are most typically missed by a companies employees. And this is just the start. This technology is in its infancy. With heavy investment from companies like Amazon and Microsoft, along with many start ups, its going to grow rapidly.
